Heute Morgen fuhr ich
kurz nach 7 Uhr zum Italia Coffee House (https://www.iloveitaliacoffee.com) für einen doppelten Espresso und
danach quer durch die Insel an die Ostküste. Ich machte einen kurzen Halt in
der St. John's Church, die voller Leute war und woher christliche Lieder
klangen - ideale Bedingungen für ein Fotoshooting! : )
This morning shortly after 7 am I drove to the Italia Coffee House (https://www.iloveitaliacoffee.com) for a double espresso and then across the island to the east coast. I stopped at St. John's Church, which was full of people singing Christian songs - perfect conditions for a photo shooting! : )

Um 8:30 Uhr parkte
ich Chris Auto in Bathsheba und startete meine geniale 2 1/2 stündige Wanderung alles
der Küste entlang Richtung Norden. Die wild wuchernden Pflanzentunnels
spendeten Schutz vor Sonne sowie vor Regen zugleich.
At 8:30 am I parked Chis’ car in Bathsheba and started my brilliant 2 1/2 hour walk all along the coast direction north. The straggling plant tunnels provided protection from the sun and the rain the same time.

Uhr kehrte ich im Bay Tavern (https://www.facebook.com/Baytavern) in Martins Bay ein und genoss mein Frühstück mit
atemberaubender Aussicht: Ein herrliches Süsskartoffelpuree! : )
On the way back at 10 am I went to Bay Tavern (https://www.facebook.com/Baytavern) in Martins Bay and enjoyed my breakfast with stunning views: A delicious sweet potatoe puree! : )

An der Südwestküste
war es heute extrem heiss, auch das Meer bot keine Abkühlung, lockte aber
trotzdem zum Baden. Den Sundowner genoss ich mit Chris im Crystal Waters (https://www.facebook.com/crystalwatersguesthouse), wo
sonntags Party Time herrscht...
It was extremely hot on the southwest coast today and even the sea offered no cooling but still attracted to have a swim. The sundowner I enjoyed at Crystal Waters (https://www.facebook.com/crystalwatersguesthouse) with Chris, where there is party time every Sunday.

Blakey's (https://www.blakeysbarbados.com) am Boardwalk, wo wir einen gegrillten Mahi Mahi mit Gemüse und
scharfen Pommes genossen... alles untermalt von live gespielter Strandmusik des
Duos Biggie Irie & Scott Galt - das Leben in den Tropen ist wirklich hart!

In the evening we drove to Blakey's (https://www.blakeysbarbados.com) on the boardwalk, where we enjoyed a grilled
mahi mahi with vegetables and spicy fries... all accompanied with live beach music
played by the duo Biggie Irie & Scott Galt - life in the tropics is really hard! ; )
